We offer email and in-app support during business hours. We’re here to help, but can’t promise instant fixes for every issue.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the service (except for your content) are owned by Phoenix Software. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know either via email or through the platform. Your continued use means you accept any updates.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
